Location: Approximately 1/4 mile of Little Goose Creek south of Sheridan, WY

Purpose: Preserve open space, wildlife habitat, scenic beauty

Habitat Values: Riparian woodland, wetlands, permanent stream

Common Wildlife: White-tailed deer, turkeys, pheasants, waterfowl, resident fish species

Public access: None

Milestone: This was the first conservation easement signed by the SCLT

Signing Ceremony: September

Signing Ceremony attended by approximately 100 people including U.S. Senators Mike Enzi and John Barrasso, City Mayor Dave Kinskey, and County Commissioner Terry Cram.
