Sheridan County would not exist as we know and love it were it not for the hard working ranchers and their lasting dedication to preserving open space in the form of agriculture production. 

SCLT is dedicated to working with these private land-owners in crafting conservation easements that allow for full agricultural use of the landscape, while preserving the wildlife habitat and scenic vistas that often accompany these large tracts of open space.
